Our Story
757 Rooms was founded in Virginia Beach in 2020 with the goal of using real estate to serve the people of Hampton Roads. With so many struggling to find stable housing (especially those at a median or below income level), our hope is to embrace individual room rentals as a method to provide high-quality homes at a minimal cost to our renters.
Our business is so much more than a set of investments, but a chance to look after one of people’s most precious needs, their housing. Inattentive landlords, historically high rent and material shortages are all too common problems now exacerbated by the Covid-19 pandemic, and we aim to lead the way in alleviating these challenges for those who live in our properties. Needless to say, 757 Rooms’ leadership is deeply invested in its community and wants to help those living here to flourish.

Colin Pomory - Owner
Colin brings a heart for people to 757 Rooms, where he sees a major opportunity to serve an important segment of the renter population, those leasing individual rooms. He views 757 Rooms as a way to provide high-quality homes and customer care to these renters, people who often have difficulty finding stable housing.
Colin is a leadership coach, on staff with his church and serves on the Boards of Directors of St. Columba Ecumenical Ministries. In his free time, Colin loves playing basketball, reading and making thousands of Apple Music playlists.
