See below for our simple, hassle-free move-in process. In most cases, renters go from interested to a signed lease in less than 24 hours!

 

Step 1: Reach Out.

Fill out our basic introduction form and text us to let us know you’re interested! We will get back to you within one business day to schedule a tour at a property we have room in.

Step 2: Visit.

This is your chance to get to see the property in person, meet any current residents and ask any questions from our team member on-site.

Step 3: Complete the screening.

Interested in moving forward? Time to get serious! We’ll email you a link to our online screening program through “TurboTenant,” where you’ll tell us about your background and give us all the info we need to be sure you’re a fit! Heads up, the application does cost $55 and is non-refundable.

 

Step 4: Finish the paperwork.

After reviewing your screening information, we will reach out to you to button up the details. This includes

  • getting added to our online portal (to pay rent and make maintenance requests)

  • paying the deposit

  • picking a move in date (at the most two-weeks out from the day you pay the deposit)

  • signing your lease

  • and sending us your proof of insurance.

Step 5: Move in!

Welcome to your 757 Home! On move-in day, you’ll get your key, pay the current month’s prorated rent and be expected email us your move-in checklist. Welcome home!
